Executive Director
Sheela has worked at ASA since September 1989, first working as a job coach, then as Operation Manager. In 1992, She was promoted to Program Director and worked to enhanced both the Employment and Community Based Day. In this position she encouraged and worked with all individuals and staff in meeting all challenges. She worked to maximize the potential of each person. As the Program grew, Sheela helped established the Day Habilitation Program in 2006. In 2014, she was promoted to Assistant Director to the Executive Director. January 2015, she was appointed as the Executive Director.
Sheela Holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology from Assumption College and a Master of Education in Autism and Applied Behavioral Analysis from Endicott College.
