Job Developer
In 2004, Shawn Shepherd began his career in Human Services. He first worked in a residential setting and then joined ASA as a Job Coach in 2005. He has taken on a variety of responsibilities and challenges including Training Coordination, Human Rights Coordination, Safety Management and now Job Development. He also makes life balance a priority by having traveled extensively through Europe and Asia as well as creating art and music in his spare time. Shawn maintains certification in CPR/FA and MAP while keeping up-to-date on current Human Service developments. He has become a valuable member of our team with diverse skills and knowledge which helps make ASA a top service provider in Massachusetts!
